Changes in v3.2 include:

• Executables are now 64 bit; 32 bit executables available by request.
• Updated tcl, tk, tix and blt versions
• Updated zlib compression library
• Greatly reduced file load times, especially for large files
• File dialog dimensions saved
• On windows, Alt-F4 closes windows
• Windows no longer uses .bat file
• Mouse wheel scrolling enabled
• Very large session ids (actually negative values) are not displayed
• Dropdown now in correct location with two monitors
