Licensing & Terms of Use
You must agree to license terms and have an appropriate keyfile in order to use GemStone/S 64 Bit.
GemTalk licensing options include free and low cost Community and Web Edition subscription licensing, and custom perpetual Enterprise licensing. For more information on licensing, see GemStone Licensing, or contact GemTalk sales. GemTalk will work with you to create a customized quote based on your requirements.
A Community Edition license and starter keyfile is distributed with the product. This allows both personal and commercial use, including in production environments.
Other customers, both Enterprise and subscription customers, will have specific license terms provided in their contract. Along with the license terms and contract, GemTalk provides a keyfile with the specific permissions that apply.
