Seaside and GLASS (GemStone, Linux, Apache, Seaside, and Smalltalk) have been folded into the GsDevKit open source project. You can find out more about this page on this site here or at the project site on github.

Downloads

The GLASS application is no longer supplied as an appliance. The GsDevKit_home github page provides Installation Instructions, which automatically performs the download.
