Monitor option to monitor PIDs is nonfunctional

The Monitor window provides some options that can be passed to statmonitor in order to perform live monitoring of your GemStone system.  One of the fields, "Pids", does not use the correct statmonitor option, and does not work.

This field has been removed in v5.1 and later.
