Errors during BLOB/CLOB reads can trigger ORA_03127 errors
If an error occurs during the reading of a very large BLOB/CLOB object
from Oracle, the next following Oracle operation may fail with the error:
ORA-03127: no new operations allowed until the active operation ends
Workaround
Disconnect and then re-connect to Oracle.
