Fixed In:

Topaz output suppressed while executing from .topazini

If you execute commands, such as login, within the .topazini file, output
is not displayed.  This includes login error messages.

Workaround

In the .topazini file, add the following:

  output push /dev/tty
  <commands>
  output pop
