If the argument to:
fullBackupCompressedTo:
continueFullBackupCompressedTo:
entire destination specification of 'copydbf -C'
has a string length of 3 or fewer characters, the '.gz' is not appended
to the compressed file that is created.
Also note that the arguments to these methods must be file system files,
not directories. While directories may work in some cases, it is not a
tested or supported use. One anomality is that the '.gz' is not appended
to the created file.
