Login with blank in stone name fails with wrong error

If you specify the stone name in a way that appends a trailing blank to
a name that is otherwise correct, the login attempt fails with an error
message that the shared page cache could not be attached. For example,
'!@mynode!gemserver51 '. The error message is misleading in suggesting
that the cause may lie in the system configuration.

Workaround

Remove the trailing blank.
