Do not copy tape as a test for a readable backup file

The System Administration Guide recommends the copydbf command as
a means to verify that a backup file is readable.  The command
should work, and it does so for a backup file on disk. However,
the command incorrectly returns an error if the backup file is on
tape.

Workaround

Do not use this method to test for readable backup files on tape.
