ReferencesToInstances methods do not handle SmallDate, SmallDateAndTime, SmallScaledDecimal, and SmallTime

Repository methods listing all instances of a class are not handling Specials added in v3.6.

Results of executing any of the below listed methods with any of the below listed classes returns an empty result.
