Gems run hot in detached execution (GCI_PERFORM_DETACH)
In 3.7.1, a new GCI login flag was added, GCI_PERFORM_DETACH, which is used by GsTsExternalSession methods forkAndDetach*.
Due to excessive socket polls, the Gem sessions logged in with this flag run hot, and consume a very large percent of CPU. The Gems are otherwise fully functional.
