copydbf does not work on extent sizes over 1 TB

copybf is not supported for extent sizes over 1TB.  

In earlier versions, this resulted in an error "GemStone got page kind 2 but expected page kind 16". More recent versions report "GemStone is unable to open the file extent0.dbf. File exceeds 2147483647 records".

Workaround

Divide the large extent into two or more smaller extents.
