Listing references fails to find references in large IdentityBag or other NSCs

Object >> findReferences, Object >> findAllReferences, Repository >> allReferences:, and methods that invoke these methods, do not report results that are in NSCs such as IdentityBags that are contain more than about 1015 elements.

Workaround

findReferencePathToObject: will report the first reference found including in large NSCs.
