Logsender padding when compressing tranlog records could cause buffer overrun

The logsender does compression of the tranlog records (by default) prior to sending them to the logrecevier in a hot standby configuration.  The logsender was adding unnecessary padding to these compressed records. In building the buffer for transmittal, the cumulative padding could cause the buffer size to be exceeded.

Workaround

Disable compression by using the startlogsender -u  argument.
