Topaz 64-bit on Windows, printing of 64 bit integers is incorrect

GemStone distributes a 64-bit topaz executable, as well as the 32-bit topax executable, on Windows clients in v3.2 and later. In the 64-bit topaz, but not in the 32-bit, printing of integers is incorrect.

Use the 32-bit topaz, in %GEMSTONE%/bin32/topaz.exe
