GsExternalSession logout errors with multiple stones of the same name
The internal method GsExternalSession _isOnMyStone incorrectly assumed unique stone names. If the external session is logged into a stone on a different node that has the same name as a stone that is also running on the Gem's node, after the wait for logout would timeout.
