GBJ Diagnostic logging doesn't work

GBJ 3.0 introduced a new feature to allow enabling of diagnostic debugging messages using the new GbjGciPreferences class.  To see details of this, execute:

> java com.gemstone.gbjgci.GbjGciPreferences help

This feature does not work properly in GBJ 3.0 but is fixed in 3.1 and later.

Workaround

Upgrade to 3.1 or later.
