The fix for bug 46066 introduced a file descriptor leak. The NetLDI can get into a state where it does not respond to requests, and continuously prints SocketAccept errors with the "Too many open files" message, potentially filling up the file system on which the NetDLI logs are written (normally, /opt/gemstone/logs).
This only affects Linux.
Do not use 3.2.13 in production on Linux. Killing and restarting the NetLDI will clear the file descriptors.
