2.4.x-3.2x conversion with GemConnect installed encountered errors

When performing conversion of a repository containing GemConnect from 2.4.x to 3.2.x, the upgradeImage step could error. This was the result of attempting to install kernel class documentation, as the way class documentation is handled was changed starting in version 3.2.
