ObsQuadByteSymbol methods not recompiled during upgrade/conversion from 2.x

The class ObsQuadByteSymbol is obsolete in 3.2.x.  However, it remained visible in Globals, and the methods were not recompiled from GsMethod to GsNMethod.  Attempting to view methods from GBS resulted in an error, and it caused problems in finding references per bug 45278.

Workaround

As SystemUser, execute
    ObsQuadByteSymbol class recompileAllMethods

and commit.
