printlogs/searchlogs scripts give truncated results with gzipped tranlogs
The printlogs/searchlogs tranlog analysis scripts do not work properly with gzipped tranlogs (tranlogs ending with <name>.dbf.gz). No error is generated, but the results will contain either only the PGSVR header, or partial truncated results based on the first block of data in the tranlog.
Workaround
Gunzip the tranlogs to be analyzed.
