Hotstandby stop utilities incorrectly say they require -S options in SSL mode

V3.2 introduces the ability to use SSL for connections in hotstandby systems.  The stoplogsender and stoplogreceiver utilities are documented to require the -S option to stop, when the process was started in SSL mode.  In fact, the stop utilities do not perform a connection and do not accept these options.

Workaround

Omit using -S and other SSL options with stoplogsender and stoplogreceiver.
