Upgrade to 3.2 required C compilation environment
The upgrade process to 3.2 created the GciLibrary from the GCI using the FFI to parse the C header files. This required that the C header files be compiler This required the C preprocessor to be available; on some systems, the required header files were present. In other environments, in which the path does not include the correct directories or have the appropriate components installed, the upgrade would error.
