listInstances can miss objects changed while it's running
The different variations of listInstances (for convenience, listInstances*) return a report based on the view of the repository at the time the listInstances* is started. If another session commits while the listInstances* is still running, the final report may miss objects that were modified by that commit.
Workaround
Make sure no other sessions commit while the listInstances* is running.
