Due to problems in the C primitive code in _findSmallString:startingAt:ignoreCase:
specific to case-insensitive searching, the methods includesString:, findStringNoCase:startingAt:
and any other methods that relied on _findSmallString:startingAt:ignoreCase:
have very slow performance.
