Infinite loop comparing SymbolDictionaries with same name and contents

If two instance of SymbolDictionary are compared, which have the same contents
and the same name, the comparison will get stuck in an infinite loop.

Workaround

Avoid comparing exact duplicate SymbolDictionaries.
