STN_MAX_SESSIONS close to upper limit of 8192 causes coredump

When the value of STN_MAX_SESSIONS is set to a value close to the upper
limit of 8192, the stone can start up but coredumps immediately afterwards.

Workaround

Keep STN_MAX_SESSIONS lower than the limit, e.g. under 8100.
