Using BLOB/CLOB on Windows causes problems on commit or connection close
Performing any operations on a BLOB/CLOB in Windows will cause the following
error when attempting to commit or close the associated connection:
ORA-22297: warning: Open LOBs exist at transaction commit time
Workaround
There is currently no work-around.
