Tranlogs may be truncated and unusable after closing
Due to fixes in 3.0, when transaction logs are closed (such as by startNewLog
or when the tranlog size is reached), they may be truncated, losing any
final records and making them unusable in a restore sequence.
It's likely that recovery after an unexpected shutdown would work correctly,
since the final tranlog is not closed; provided that only one tranlog is
required for recovery.
