Stone shutdown if pagemanager is not session 1,

The pagemanager process is usually session 1, but under rare circumstances
it may end up as a different session number. The sone has a consistency
check that the pagemanager is session 1; so under these conditions the
stone will shut down, although there is no actual problem.

Workaround

Restart the stone.
