Windows error dialog during logout/shutdown
On session logout/image exit with a second session executing code, it is
possible to get a Fatal Internal GemStone Error, with contents similar
to:
UTL_GUARENTEE failed, File \\n080-fil01\smalltalk\gemstone64\unreleased\current11\src\netldicall.c
line NNN
This occurs when the GCI interface has been unloaded and another call invokes
code that accesses and attempts to reinitialize the interface. The interface
code includes an error check against a second initialization.
Workaround
Ensure that no code is running during shutdown. If you do encounter this
error, continue with the shutdown - there is no further problem.
