Windows Stone shutdown after remote login from multiple clients

For a Stone running on Windows, if clients log in remotely (either remote linked, or RPC with the gem on the client's machine), after the login from the second client machine, a session logout may shut down the page manager on the Stone's machine.  This causes the stone to shut down immediately.
