netldi -s mode causes failures

The -s or /s option to netldi causes the netldi to run in secure mode, to perform authentication for any and all operations.  Starting up with this mode caused a crash on RPC session login, in code that the netldi executes when authenticating for looking up a service.

The netldi -s option is unusable in any versions of GemStone with this bug.
