Shutting down a stone service via stone stop command or by using the services panel is broken. Initial attempts produce no results. Second attempts cause the stone to terminate uncleanly, requiring tranlogs to be available for recovery on stone restart.
This bug does not affect a stone that is not started as a service, using the tmpstart/tmpstop commands.
For stones started as a service, using the /i option on the stone stop command line avoids the problem.
