Gem building an index may be killed as if idle

If the time it takes for a gem to build an index is longer than the STN_GEM_TIMEOUT,
the gem may be killed by the stone in spite of the gem's activity.

Workaround

Increase the STN_GEM_TIMEOUT while building large indexes.
