Linux, gstack to dump C stacks may not be found

On Linux, when a gem wants to dump the C stack, it attempts to run /usr/bin/gstack.  It does not search the PATH.  On many Linux distributions, gstack is installed at other locations or gstack is no installed at all.

Gstack is a simple shell script, and can be copied to the appropriate location.
