System cacheStatistics: results incorrect for some values/processes

Using the method System cacheStatistics: to get statistics for
processes other than the stone will return incorrect values in the
results for statistics indexes above 169. The last element in the
statistics results will be nil.  This is due to errors in the
primitive code.

Statmonitor results or GCSI and not affected.
