AIX now requires POSIX IO to be enabled

The AIO routines have been updated in GemStone.  GemStone now
requires POSIX AIO to be enabled; otherwise, the stone will not
start.  This change in requirements and setup instructions were
inadvertently omitted from the Installation Guide and Release Notes.

Workaround

To ensure that POSIX AIO is enabled:
- Invoke smit, and select Devices, then select Asynchronous I/O, then select
     Posix Asynchronous I/O.
- Select Configure Defined Asynchronous I/O, and press Enter.
- Select Change/Show Characteristics of Asynchronous I/O.
