False success for String comparison methods

Many String comparison methods return true, instead of an error, when the
argument is an invalid type for comparison.  This includes:

String >> _at:equals:ignoreCase:
String >> at:equals:
String >> at:equalsNoCase:
String >> match:
String >> matchesAnyOf:
