Cannot upgrade after installing TimeZone2007 patch

After installing the TimeZone2007 patch, you cannot upgrade to a
version of GemStone that does not include the TimeZone2007 patch.
The first version of GemStone to be released with this patch is
version 6.2.

Workaround

Upgrade to the latest version of GemStone prior to installing the
TimeZone2007 patch.  Further upgrades should wait for 6.2.
