DoubleByteString copyFrom:to:into:startingAt: broken for String destinations

Using DoubleByteString>>copyFrom:to:into:startingAt: with a
destination collection of type String produces incorrect and corrupt
results.

Workaround

convert the destination String to a DoubleByteString prior to using
copyFrom:to:into:startingAt:.
