GciNbEnd() only returns results once; documentation incorrect
The GemBuilder for C manual docuemtns GciNbEnd() as allowing
multiple calls to retrieve the results, once the non blocking
operation is complete. This is incorrect; only the first call
after the nonblocking operation is complete will return the results
of the operation. Subsequent calls will return OOP_REMOTE_NIL.
