Cannot suspend or debug server processes through VisualWorks process monitor

In Visualworks, if you press Ctrl-\(backslash), all processes are
suspended and the process monitor is brought up. But, for a process
that is doing GemStone execution, only the client process is
suspended, not the gem process.

Also when debugging processes that are in GemStone execution, you can
debug them, but only the client.
