GBS PDP debugger args/temps inspector "copy" is broken

"Copy" always copies nil to the clipboard in the GBS PDP debugger's
arg/temp inspector pane when a GemStone context is selected.  "Paste"
does work - you can "copy" an object from the stack inspector pane
and "paste" it into an arg/temp inspector.

Workaround

Execute code in the inspector's text pane to save a reference to
"self" in a global variable.
