Cannot login if classes have oops greater than 2 Billion
When an instance of a Class exists in the Gemstone/S repository
with an oop value above 2 billion (2,147,483,647 or (2^31)-1), the
class information that is pass to GBJ during login can not be cast
to the appropriate data type. This results in a ClassCastException,
and the GBJ login hangs.
This is a variation on bug #27066.
