Windows startgbj does not produce output

The startgbj executable fails to show the output of the GBJ Broker
process, so it is not immediately clear whether the startup has
succeeded.

Workaround

Check for GBJ Broker startup by using gslist and reading the Broker's
logfile (gbjbroker.log by default).
