Settings dialog takes a long time to appear
Launching the Settings dialog box from the GemBuilder for Java launcher
(File>Settings) takes a long time. This delay is due to the time
it takes the Java VM to load system fonts. On systems with many fonts
installed, this delay will be more marked.
