GbjSession instances not reusable

After sending close() to an instance of GbjSession, subsequent connect()
messages fail with a GbjRuntimeException. The message from this
exception is "Attempt to send message to GemStone while a message is
being transmitted."

Workaround

Do not attempt to reuse GbjSession instances.
