Statmonitor -J option omits to monitor PageManager.
The statmonitor -J option instructs statmonitor to sample the Stone, shared cache monitor, and the PageManager only. When the PageManager became a thread within the Stone, the statmonitor code was not updated, and so the PageManager was not included with the samples.
