Sending SIGTERM to AIO page server causes hang
The AIO page server does not handle SIGTERM signals. If it receives this signal, the aio page server will hang. Among the expected problems caused by a hung AIO page server, it prevents a clean shutdown of the stone; the stone must be killed.
